Executive coaching from someone who’s sat in your chair.
Twelve weeks of one-to-one coaching with a three-time CEO on how you lead, decide and influence.
You leave clearer, calmer and more in control of your role, with This is Me: a written account of the leader you are and the one you want to be.
Whatever brings you here, it usually sits in one of five places.
What you come in with often isn’t what we end up working on. “I don’t have enough time” often turns out to be delegation, or confidence. The first weeks are about finding the real problem.

Recognise one or two?
Book a discovery callClients often think they need more time. What they need is leverage.
Leaders come for time management, confidence or a sounding board. Here’s what changes instead.
- Leading on instinct Self-knowledgeA clear understanding of yourself, how you operate, and how to make it work better.
- Doing it all yourself LeverageWork multiplied across your team, not just your own. Usually the biggest single gain.
- Going round in circles Faster, cleaner decisionsLess rumination, less re-litigating, fewer decisions pushed up to you.
- Problems that blow up Conflict dealt with earlyHandled at the cheap stage, not the expensive one.
- Comfortable updates Honest informationYou hear what you need to hear, not what’s comfortable.
- Running on adrenaline Energy that lastsPerformance you can sustain, not survive.
Coaching that doesn’t end when the sessions do: This is Me
Most coaching leaves you with good memories and a few notes. You leave with a written account of you as a leader, in two parts.
Your story as a leader, your strengths, your blind spots, what wears you out, and the leader you want to be.
How to work with you. Written so you can hand it to your team, your peers, your boss or your board, if and when you choose.
Not another hour of “and how does that make you feel?”
Twelve weeks, three phases

Collette Easton
Collette has been a CEO three times. Over twenty years she built and sold three companies, so she knows the weight of the decisions you’re making because she’s made them.
She now coaches founders, CEOs and senior leaders from her base in South West Devon: in person across Plymouth, Exeter and the surrounding area, and online anywhere. She’s accredited by the Association for Coaching and is an APMG-accredited Neuroscience for Change Management Practitioner.
Expect plain speaking, practical help and honest challenge.
The return shows up across the business, not just in the person being coached.
When a senior leader leaves, the cost goes well beyond recruitment: lost momentum, stalled decisions and the people who follow them out. Coaching costs a fraction of that. When one leader changes how they lead, the gains spread to their team, their decisions and the plan. That’s why many organisations fund it from leadership or L&D budgets.
- RetentionPeople leave managers. Keep the senior people you can’t afford to lose.
- Avoided expensive mistakesThe bad hire tolerated too long, the failed restructure, the co-founder split.
- ExecutionStrategy gets delivered because ownership is clear.
- Lower key-person riskThe business stops depending on one person close to burning out.
- ScalabilityThe company grows past the founder’s personal bandwidth.
Want your organisation to pay? Book a call and we’ll send a one-page business case to forward to whoever signs it off. It stays confidential: your organisation sees only what you choose to share.

Who is this for?
Founders, CEOs, directors and senior leaders who are good at what they do and want to lead better: after a promotion, through growth or change, or before a bigger move.
How is this different from other executive coaching?
Three things. Your coach has run and sold companies, so the advice comes from the seat, not a textbook. The programme has a clear structure, not open-ended sessions. And you leave with something written down that you keep: This is Me.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What you say in sessions stays there. Part 1 of This is Me is private. Part 2 is yours to share if and when you choose.
Can my organisation pay?
Yes, and many do from leadership or L&D budgets. Your organisation only sees what you choose to share. We can send a one-page business case for whoever signs it off.
I’m already stretched. Will this take more time than I have?
It’s one hour a week plus one action you’re already doing as part of your job. Most leaders find it gives them time back.
Online or in person?
Both. Collette is based in South West Devon and meets clients in person at her home or at your offices in Plymouth, Exeter and the surrounding area. Everyone else meets online by video call, wherever you are.
How much does it cost?
We’ll talk through the investment on your discovery call, once we both know it’s the right fit.
What happens on the discovery call?
Twenty minutes. You tell Collette where you are and what you want to change. She tells you honestly whether this programme will help. No pressure and no hard sell.
