Collette Easton
Executive coaching

Executive coaching for leaders diagnosed with ADHD as adults.

Twelve weeks of one-to-one coaching on how you lead, decide and influence, built around how your brain works.

You leave with Version One of This is Me: a written account of the leader you are and the one you want to be.

You feel able to decide how you want to lead, the work you want to do and not do, and you're more capable of doing it.

You will lead better, and where you are managed, your manager will be able to work with you more effectively. Most importantly, you will be calmer and feel ready to fulfil your potential.

The recognition

You've been leading with ADHD for years. Now you know.

A late diagnosis changes how you see your career. Your best decisions, your blind spots, the meetings that drained you and the people who never quite got you all look different.

Most executive coaching ignores this. Most ADHD coaching stops at the to-do list.

This is executive coaching that takes your ADHD into account, because it's already shaping how you lead.

Outcomes

In twelve weeks you will

01

Understand yourself as a leader

See where your ADHD shapes your strengths, your decisions and your blind spots.

02

Lead your team more effectively

Know what people can rely on you for, which habits cost them more than you realise, and how to tell them what they need to know.

03

Make work sustainable

Shape your role, time and energy so leading doesn't leave you with nothing at the end of the day.

One deliverable

What you leave with: This is Me, Version One

A written account of you as a leader, in two parts.

Part 1 · Private

Your story as a leader, your strengths, your blind spots, what wears you out, and the leader you want to be.

Part 2 · Yours to share

How to work with you. Written so you could hand it to your team, your peers, your boss or your partner, if and when you choose.

It's Version One because you'll keep changing. This is Me is built to be updated.

Part 1 · Private
Part 2 · Yours to share

Coached by someone who's been there

Collette Easton coaches CEOs and senior leaders. She was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.

She has been both the struggling employee and the leader who managed people badly without knowing why.

Her work draws on conversations with leaders with ADHD and her analysis of workplace tribunal cases, where problems grew because nobody talked early enough.

Between sessions

Progress that doesn't stall between calls

Each week you commit to one leadership action and track it in Loops, the app Collette co-owns, shared with her.

A short weekly reflection shapes the next session.

Funding coaching for a leader?

Help a recently diagnosed leader understand how they lead, work better with their team, and stay.

Confidential, practical and focused on leadership, not symptom management. You see only what the leader chooses to share.

Is this ADHD coaching?

No. It's executive coaching for leaders who have ADHD. We work on how you lead, with your ADHD taken fully into account.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

The programme is designed for leaders diagnosed as adults. If you're waiting for an assessment, book a call and we'll talk about whether it's right for you.
